PADI Adventures in Diving program offers both the PADI Adventure Diver and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certifications. If you complete any three adventure dives, you will earn your PADI Adventure Diver certification. However, if you complete your Deep Adventure Dive, Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive and three other Adventure Dives for a total of five, you can earn your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
What is required?
· Minimum age – 15 years old
· PADI Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent certification from other organizations)
What is in PADI Advanced Diver?
· 1 Theory session (3 hours)
· 6 Open Water Scuba Dives
· Full equipment rental
· Inclusive of Torch usage. (However, please provide your own Batteries.)
· 2D/2N Full board trip to Malaysia
· Instructor fees (ratio for practical sessions – 6 students : 1 instructor)
· Certification fees
What will you be learning?
Within this course, you will be able to dive independently with a buddy applying the skills and knowledge you have learnt, up to a maximum depth of 30m/100ft. The syllabus includes:
· Introduction to Peak Performance Buoyancy
· Introduction to Underwater Navigation
· Introduction to Deep diving
· Introduction to Night diving
· Introduction to Boat diving
· Introduction to Wreck diving(Optional)
· Introduction to Drift diving(Optional)
**Note: As of 2006, PADI has decreed that all PADI course candidates are to own their own manual.
How long does it take?
